  • What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens, and I understand that plans change. However, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a late cancellation fee. This ensures fairness and respect for both my time and other clients who may need an appointment.

  • Do you accept insurance?

How to Use Your Insurance for Therapy

    • Check Your Coverage: Contact your insurance provider to ask if they cover therapy with a Registered Social Worker (RSW).
    • Submit for Reimbursement: After each session, you’ll receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
    • Direct Billing Available: If you are covered by Canada Life, I offer direct billing, so you only pay the portion not covered by your plan.

  • How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Therapy is a space for growth, healing, and support—whether you're facing a big life change, struggling with relationships, or just feeling stuck. The best way to find out is to start with a consultation and see if it feels like a good fit for you.

  • What can I expect in my first session?

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and how we can work together to support your well-being.
