Walking Beside You Through Life’s Challenges – With Heart, Experience, and Understanding.

About Me

I am a Registered Social Worker (MSW) offering counseling and specialized services.

Having grown up in a multicultural family and lived in different countries, I’ve personally explored questions of identity, belonging, and mental well-being. My own journey of rediscovering what it means to be truly well—both mentally and emotionally—has shaped my approach to therapy. I understand that healing is rarely a straight path; often, it requires unraveling and reshaping the narratives we’ve inherited.

I believe that connection and belonging are fundamental human needs. The relationships we build—with ourselves, others, and the world around us—play a central role in our well-being. My work is rooted in the understanding that true healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and valued within these connections.

Through an attachment-based lens, I recognize how early experiences with caregivers shape the way we navigate relationships, emotions, and life’s challenges. Therapy isn’t just about symptom relief; it’s about uncovering and transforming the deeper attachment patterns that influence your experiences. My goal is to help you gain insight into these patterns, develop healthier connections, and foster a deeper sense of belonging.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m here to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can feel understood, supported, and hopeful. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to book a session—together, we’ll work toward meaningful change, honoring your unique story and experiences.
